Introduction
Ts-Services is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. This privacy policy describes the data we collect, how we use it and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data collected
We collect the following data: name, email address, payment information (processed by Stripe, not stored on our servers), URLs of activated WordPress sites and download history. We do not use any tracking cookies. Our analytics solution (Plausible) is cookie-free and privacy-friendly.
Purpose of processing
Your data is used for: managing your account and licences, processing payments, sending transactional emails (purchase confirmation, licence delivery, expiration alerts) and improving our services.
Sub-processors
Our sub-processors are: Stripe (payment), MongoDB Atlas (database), Resend (transactional emails) and Vercel (hosting). Each of these sub-processors is GDPR compliant.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete and port your data. You can exercise these rights from your account dashboard or by contacting us at contact@ts-services.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority).
Data retention
Your personal data is retained for the duration of your account. If your account is deleted, your data is erased within 30 days, with the exception of billing data retained in accordance with legal obligations (10 years).
