Purpose and scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to any order placed on the website vibecoding.ts-services.com. By placing an order, you accept these terms without reservation.
Products and licences
Ts-Services sells usage licences for WordPress add-ons (software extensions) as annual subscriptions. All add-ons are distributed under the GPL v2+ licence. The subscription entitles you to automatic updates, technical support and activation on the number of sites specified by your chosen plan.
Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed in euros inclusive of tax (French VAT at 20% included). Payment is made exclusively by credit card or SEPA direct debit via the secure Stripe platform. Subscriptions are annual and renew automatically.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the date of subscription to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at contact@ts-services.com.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Access to Pro features remains active until the end of the paid period. In the event of a payment failure upon renewal, a 14-day grace period is granted.
Liability
Ts-Services is committed to providing a service that matches the description. However, code generated by artificial intelligence is provided "as is". The user remains responsible for reviewing and deploying code on their site.
